Senpai 1.0 x64 - Gauntlet Matches 100 Rounds

Senpai 1.0 x64 is a UCI chess engine by Fabien Letouzey released last March 17, 2014. Senpai is a Japanese word which connotes seniority in rank. Fabien is the author of the famous Fruit chess engine that placed second at the World Computer Chess Championship in Reykjavik, 2005. It was released free as GPL in 2006 which spawned the clones, eventually helping in the development of the strongest chess engines.

Senpai scored 57.65% with 395 wins, 242 losses and 363 draws in the gauntlet matches against the 10 strong chess engines selection. It got an ELO rating of 2840 and the number 42 rank in the Top 100 Chess Engines list. Senpai defeated 3 higher rated chess engines like Shredder 12, Naum 4.2 and Protector 1.5.0 in this gauntlet tournament.
