Brain Fish Neutralized

Brain Fish together with the Cerebellum opening book is the strongest chess engine/book in the planet. Without the Cerebellum book, it is just like a normal Stockfish. If Stockfish is modified with Cerebellum enabled, it is on equal footing with Brain Fish. All the chess engines other than Stockfish are unlucky to have Brain Fish as the opponent. There is no known non-Stockfish engine that ever existed to neutralize the powerful Brain Fish/Cerebellum tandem. Until now.

When the Brain Fish chess engine first appeared, this author which is a rating list producer, had a dilemma of how to present Brain Fish in a rating list which initially appeared to be the clear number 1 with at least 65 ELO advantage. But the reason why it has a huge ELO advantage, is because all the opponents except for some modified Stockfish clones does not have the equivalent Cerebellum opening library which is the source of Brain Fish's strength. Therefore, a rating list with Brain Fish on it is not fair and anomalous. The obvious solution to make it fair is simply to exclude Brain Fish in a rating list. Another solution is to have an opening book similar in strength with Cerebellum that could be used by any chess engine.

With this latter idea, the author laboriously created a chess opening from scratch with the primary purpose of neutralizing Brain Fish with Cerebellum in the hope that it is feasible and usable in a rating list. In 2 months time, the effort has produced an opening book that was able to level the score to 50%-50% compared to 65%-35% at the beginning of the project.

The result opening book is hereby called the "Fish Opening Book" to distinguish it from other popular books like Perfect2015.
Here is a sample match where Brain Fish with Cerebellum was smothered by Goby, a CFish/Stockfish clone. Goby had a positive score because it is slightly stronger than Stockfish and other clones.
